1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or in any way making use of the bijeli platform available at bijeli.app (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with bijeli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bijeli with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. bijeli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of bijeli following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the bijeli Platform, including but not limited to: slot games, live casino tables, crash games (including Monster Crash), sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and handball), bonus and promotional offers, the bijeli wallet, payment processing services, and customer support interactions.

1.2 Platform Availability

bijeli provides access to the Platform on an "as available" basis. Use of the bijeli Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion on which they access the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The bijeli Platform is exclusively for adults. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on bijeli under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits and wagers. You are not depositing or wagering on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from bijeli or had an account suspended or permanently closed by bijeli for a violation of these Terms.

bijeli enforces age verification as a mandatory step in the account registration and know-your-customer (KYC) process. bijeli reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and no withdrawal of any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be permitted.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bijeli Platform. Creating, operating, or being associated with more than one bijeli account — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, bKash numbers, Nagad numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If bijeli detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your bijeli account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must also provide a valid bKash, Nagad, or other supported payment method number that belongs to you personally. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bijeli account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bijeli will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus activations — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have notified bijeli of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bijeli support immediately at support [at] bijeli.app so that your account can be secured. bijeli cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bijeli reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad number belongs to the registered account holder). Withdrawal processing may be paused until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bijeli is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a user's failure to supply requested documentation promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bijeli supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the bijeli Platform are conducted in BDT. No currency conversion fee is charged by bijeli, as BDT is the Platform's native currency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-method, per-day, or per-week basis and are displayed in the bijeli wallet section at the time of transaction. bijeli reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time by publishing updated limits on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during bijeli operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Visa and Mastercard withdrawal timelines vary and may take 3–5 business days. bijeli cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account, or card) registered in your own name. bijeli will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied consistently to all accounts without exception.

4.5 Dormant Account Fee

If your bijeli account remains inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months, bijeli reserves the right to classify your account as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from the dormant account balance each month. You will receive email notice before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in and making any qualifying activity will halt the dormancy process.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

bijeli offers welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and sports cashback deals to eligible registered users. All active promotions, their terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry windows are displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform before activation. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by bijeli are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 deposit bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 on qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game type are listed in the promotion terms.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a bijeli account at any given time. If you have an active bonus balance remaining, you cannot activate a new bonus until the existing one has either been fully wagered through or has expired. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the second bonus being voided.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bijeli employs automated and manual detection tools to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; wagering patterns designed to minimise risk and exploit bonus terms (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same market); using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions; and sharing account access to allow a third party to wager through a bonus. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and the account suspended.

5.5 bijeli's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

bijeli reserves the right to amend the terms of, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued or its terms are materially amended, bijeli will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice. Any bonus already credited to your account at the time of amendment remains subject to the terms that were in force at the time of crediting, unless the amendment explicitly states otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Responsible Gaming

bijeli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, where bijeli reasonably believes that one or more of the following has occurred:

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any decision made by bijeli — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, bonus voiding, or bet settlement — you should contact bijeli support at support [at] bijeli.app, providing full details of the matter and any supporting documentation. bijeli will investigate all formal disputes and respond within 10 business days of receipt. bijeli's decision on disputes is final, subject to any applicable legal remedy available to you in your jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bijeli makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction outside the context in which it is operated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the bijeli Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
